Vishnupriya Pandit is the founder of Awsmosis and has been its Managing Director since its inception in 2013. She carries 21 years of extensive work experience in the areas of People Development, Talent Consulting and Organization Development (OD). She has worked as Head HR, Talent acquisition, Learning & Development and OD for India and Global operations through her varied experiences in the corporate and consulting industry.
In addition to being the Managing Director, Vishnupriya is responsible for managing the company, formulating and executing long-term strategies, and interacting with clients, employees, executives whom experience Awsmosis products and delivers high end transformation projects. She is Awsmosis’ s primary decision- and policy-maker, setting the tone for the company’s values, ethics and culture. She is a proven leader, with deep expertise in developing strong client relationships, a passion for building outstanding products and service and a disciplined focus on operations and execution.
